The Housing Health And Saftey Regulations

Recommended Posts

The above became law yesterday. What are the consequence for both landlords and tenants. Will it mean that more tenants will be using disrepair to defend claims against Landlords or will Landlords just say " this ain't worth the aggro" and get out of renting altogether.A point I will make though and many landlords have a misconception as far that it is not a case of taking a snapshot of the building and monitoring it for 12 months it is now the law. There are now 29 different points which technically a property can be failed on and that applies to all residental propertys
