Whilst explaining to some rocket scientist that a £180.000 interest only mortgage would take me about a decade just to pay of the capital it finally struck me that people have lost perspective on what money actually is. When I said a decade I meant that after tax every penny.. and that wasn't including interest, food, bills.. that was every brass penny..
