Property Prices Over The Year Ahead

As it's the beginning of the year, plenty of industry pudits have been giving their views on what will happen in the property market in 2006.

There are a fair number of people saying that 2006 will be a year of 'consolidation' with property prices not altering a great deal during the year.

Then there's those like Housepricecrash who have been saying for sometime now that a house price crash is definitely upon is. But they've been saying that for so long now...
