Fund managers ride high after cash floods in

New Star Asset Management, a conventional asset manager founded only six years ago, announced that it attracted a net £3.74 billion of inflows last year — or more than £10 million a day.

Man Group, Britain’s biggest hedge fund manager, reported net inflows of $3.7 billion — or £5.8 million every day — in the year to March as wealthy individuals and institutions recovered their faith in the asset class.

Obviously it's all propaganda to some extent, but how long before people get bored, en masse, of property?
