Sad little urk that I am i've been keeping a close eye on the local City Living New Build (CLNB) development in my area....completed in '03 and snapped up by many of the profit hungry BTL brigade.

Many on the market for re-sell over the last 12 mths though only 3 have been sold (according to nethouseprices)
