BufferBear Bitcoin Bull
My neighbours put their home up for sale about 6weeks ago (can't find other post that I made) for 750k, I think. They have had no interest to date and they have also reduced the asking price to 700k. Edited March 30, 2006 by Buffer Bear
BufferBear Bitcoin Bull
Neighbours moved out last Thurs having reduced price to 699k. No idea of selling price. Needs no work on it. Sold to a developer but not sure if he was going to convert into flats or sell on. Lo and behold, arrived home today to see a for sale sign. Checked website, it is on for 795k and states sale agreed! I am in contact with my old neighbours but don't think I'll mention this. Edited July 21, 2006 by Buffer Bear

teddyboy
how long will you have to wait? Sometimes forever. Depends on how fast the solicitor puts the information through. Its generally upto 6 months AFTER change of contracts. TB
