Landlord Actually Sells House!

Yup he managed to sell a two bed mid terrace for £178k! (SK4 3DD, 37) in about a month.

*sigh* I really give up now, I think i'll start saving for a tent...

Property will always sell whatever the state of the market..there's always a buyer for most things. None of this changes the course of an eventual correction. All IMHO of course.
