One For Teddy Boy And Teddy Boy Alone

Recommended Posts

Firstrung has always enjoyed the anecdote that when he played for Manchester City, the crowd used to chant "We all live in a Robbie Fowler house". His housing deals, from 2003-2005 in Manchester, are reputed to have made him Britain's wealthiest soccer player. However, a counter argument could be put forward that the clever money had already exited the property market by 2004 as the yield value on rental property began its destruction.

Now Steve McManaman, his close friend and former team mate, has dipped into the property market himself to sell his own home, which is claimed to be one of the most prestigious addresses on Merseyside.
