'risk Of Crash' Times Business

Recommended Posts

Yep a good headline today

Risk of crash as lenders turn to speculative loans, sub header for photo - 'Pie in the sky? more than half of the office space being built in London is speculative'

Paraphrasing it says banks are needing to turn to risky deals to indebt people and companies.

Mr Wallace director of Colliers CRE said 'some will lose money'.

Another closet HPC member.
