Unfortunately I don't see much bearish news in the results (they have sold 90% of their full year projection already) and the city seem to like them as the share prices has gone up toay (and has nearly doubled since may last year).

the fact that they (Barratts) admit to the end of the UK housing boom is bearish, IMO.
