13 out of 20 sold. And it seems that only 8 sold on the floor.

1st sold bang on the guide price at 150k, was bought in 11/04/2003 £120,000, 30 k profit in 3 years. Definately faired better then 2 neighbouring houses that sold for 119k last year.

Lot 9 sold for 60k, looks like leasehold, with rental income of 8650 looked like a good buy.

Lot 15 was bought in 2003 for 60k sold for 70k

Lot 16 faired very well at 198k, fairing alot better than the house sold early this year.

Lot 19 seemed to faired badly with it only achieving 220k when compared to the last house that sold in 2004 for 294k.

Summary : difficult to read market conditions from such a small sample, but it does seem to be volumes are down but there appears to be small gains in prices (apart from lot 19).
