Researching My Next Hp Calculator

Anyone know where I can get current national average prices for all the different categories of homes.


1 Bed Flat

2 Bed Flat

3 Bed flat

4 bed flat

1 Bed terraced

2 bed terraced

3 bed terraced

4 bed terraced

1 bed semi

2 bed semi

3 bed semi

1 bed detached

2 bed detached

and so on?

I can't think where you could find that much detail - upmystreet gives split between flats, semis and detached properties.

I don't think anyone includes that kind of data in their published stats.

Land Registry: Only split by Detached/Semi/Terrace/Flats (and even they are frequently incorrect).

Shame, I'm wanting to do a "Are you richer" House Price calculator which would highlight how even though the value of your home so has the cost of your next one.

Trying to think of an easy way to pick a target price for the next home someone would move into.

So if I knew for example they were in a 2 bed semi, I could plot how much 3 bed semi's have moved up relative to theirs.

Would be a magic tool for helping dispel the myths of HPI making you wealthier.
