Its Happening..but Its Not

Recommended Posts

Much to my chagrin i report that the market in bournemouth/poole is still booming the for sale signs are all over the place houses are selling quickly, flats a little longer "the bigger the rise" the "harder they fall" thats what my instinct tells me, loads of places to rent though, saturation at some point(though i dont know when) i know the crash is coming, just dont know when.so many people have said that when the market crashes it is going to be the mother of all crashes and guess what i know its true, the joy of being a bear in a bull market(as it still is) is as painfull lot but worth it in the long run.Interest rates well they ARE on the move,in the right direction, boj has decided that in the last week, thats what we need, carry trade the infaltor(sic) of global cheap money is playing out the final death throes,it could and will not last forever, the ecb is also running scared ,even though anatole thinks that they are over reacting they are not,at least their monetry controls regard rampant house price inflation as a BAD thing unlike our own boe who are like a impotent euneuch looking to get a hard on after the cords have been severed, the thing with all pyramid schemes whether they are individualy or state supported is by their very nature collapse is built into their design, ahh well this whole house owning scam is just that,a scam, fed by idiots, ignorant of the end game, thats where we kick in we will have our day now lets get back in the frozen river and eat our salmon...a load of ******** really but hey the worlds round so all things are in cycles.....rant over.....back to the pinot noir
