Ok, this is officially Spring and I am sat here wondering where all the buyers are. there is approximately 667 properties (according to RM, although probably more like 600 with duplicates) in my small area Population approx 60 000 people, everyone goes about their business deluded to the financial consequences that are looming.

So this is the situation, 5 sold boards that are easily visible and slightly less for sale boards, say 17 all in all, ok 20, so where the f#ck is the other 640 boards??? What do agents say to the vendors as to why it is better not to have a board?

....................................................................

So we need to check other areas, have a look at your postcode and find how many houses are for sale and then let us know approximately how many boards you see around(not asking you to count just an estimate and proportion sold and for sale, forget the to let.

......................................................................

This excercise is to determine the phsycology (psycology) of the market and generally the agents.
