Battle Of Medway

Recommended Posts

I don’t normally post on this part of the forum, because I’m only monitoring streets that

I want to live in. and not too keen on sharing that info with some of the weirdo's you meet

on forums?

My street... is a ‘sort after area’ I know because in 2004 three bed semi’s were

selling for £240k within a month or two. (and they were selling)

That made me very depressed. :(

I moved here in 2002, at that time same semi’s were selling at £160

I thought at that time they were over-priced?

Last year a really nice property, 4 bed sold for just under £240k corner plot,

I’ve been watching and waiting, recently a semi that sold a few months ago for £175k

£15k away from 2002 prices. I know the property and I know the people that live in it.

another one has just beeen sold, still waiting for the LR.

This area is a good yardstick because property does move, and it's downwards.

Thanks to paul and brendon from our property e-mailing me last month to tell me. ;)
