No Going Back, Expats In France

Recommended Posts

Beat me to it. No money left? Punters not coming in? Get another chalet for £90k! that'll solve it, in Cauterets. (where?). Meanwhile hubby drives to the top of a snowy mountain with no snowchains (gets stuck) to build an igloo for fun sleeping out in the snow..

Beginning to think committing to so much property was 'unwise' :o

Does it do anything for your prospects of owning a house or are you just a sad person with nothing who would be happy to see everyone at your level?

Handbags at dawn  pots & kettles BTW.

Youch....

Like I said I thought it looked funny to start with (remember how to be a property developer on channel 5?),

then watching it was sort of like, well a post mortem on the finacially irresponsible.

I actually feel quite sorry for them.

In fairness though they we're trying to get rich at other peoples expense (buying up the local property like that)..
