You are going to need a place to live when you retire and if mortgage/rent is one less bill he has to worry about , then good on him.

They are just trying to posthomously counter the accusation that the houses listed at 20Mil distort their figures upward by putting on a few outreagous under prices. That my conspiracy theory anyway ;) The time before they were all over every media outlet, but this time nobody even bothered to print their indices figures.
