Hmmm I know which one I would go for if it wasn't so OVERPRICED!

Now, now, that one in the auction doesn't have have a red sofa or a hi fi.

Now now my friend, that 7-nil win has obviously gone to your head ;) OK, the Venmores catalogue entries are for 2 bed only, this is a 2 bed penthouse with ferry `cross the mersey views :P Now here`s a thing the owner paid 850K 30 months ago :o

I`m at the auction tomorrow, should be fun

The auctioneers haven't used a very flattering picture It reminds me of the bleak windswept flats in Get Carter where Jack throws a wobbly after seeing the porno film with his niece (or possibly daughter) in it. Wouldn't want to live somewhere like that.

It sold for £206,500 in 2004:

25/05/2004 £206,500 Flat L/H Map 111 Beetham Tower, 1101 Apartment, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 9BD

Looking at the prices of flats on houseprices.co.uk its amazing how there is such a range of prices - £500k down to £150K...
