OMG is right. As someone who has consistently criticised the BBC, this time they were worth their lisence fee. That was one of the best investigative journalism pieces I have ever witnessed.

BBC Score 1.

When the BBC gets good, who knows how good it could be.

I second that. To be honest they sound more and more bearish by the day.

Definityly worth their £126 just for that programme

Have existing sellers got a case for removing their property listing from Foxtons?

I’m in love Anna

Shocking but what a turn around from the BBC.

The fall out from this will be felt throughout the country. I hope this excellent piece journalism has got the message across to the masses. The property market is a seething horrible mess best avoided for the time being.

Mr Joe.

Edit heart smiley LOL

Maybe this is the kinda program that will change sellar + buyer confidence. Being told your house is worth x amount more than it really is.

Sentiment will really change.

My mum...total bull (houses up etc etc) actually said, well if houses dont come down after that then i dont know if they ever wuill (she also thinks there overvalued)
