Bet they are wishing they had just gone for a traditional stadium, costing a quarter as much :lol:

Multiplex built a set of high-rise apartments just down the road from me last year. A friend and I went and had a look at buying off the plan before they started construction, but we thought they were overpriced.

Not sorry now :D .
