jonewer
Where can you get the most up to date sold prices? I have found a house advertised for 200k. In the road its in houses sold for between 170 to 210 during 2005. However, the last sale listed was September '05. Is there anywhere I can get more up to date (ie jan/feb '06) sold prices from? devslim
I always use this site. http://www.houseprices.co.uk/ The map function is very useful or http://www.nethouseprices.com/
BufferBear Bitcoin Bull
They obtain the data from the Land Registry, so it is probably upto date for now although it is worth remembering that some properties are recorded far later. The next LR figures are due to be released in May 2006. Edited March 18, 2006 by Buffer Bear
