If this is taken as reasonably accurate, I find myself wondering if the UK is at stage B or C...

Nice article, but don't think anyone thinks we're in C surely ("house prices have declined for 2 years"...) - unfortunately if the article is correct, we'll be waiting till we're 60 before buying...
