This is what I don't get "a little self-belief, a lot of research and a lorry-load of hard work". If you researched the property market and BTL you will very quickly release it won't make you money.

What are you doing reading that carp anyway? When 'glossy magazines' are advising investing in property, you know the end is nigh!
