House Owners Are Fatter Than Renters

Recommended Posts

Is it just me that has noticed this?

because of rising house prices ive started to notice that people that rent are much more inclined to get out there and make a living ie get off there fat ass. Ive noticed there are huge amounts of 50 somethings that seem to do nothing, but they do own there home.

This brings me to the conclusion that house price increases has created a two tier society with one side sitting at home daily and dipping the odd 10k out the MEW, while the other side is out there hungry for work and making a living as they have rent to pay and money to make.

I believe there has been a massive increase in the inactive population becuase of house price rises.

Nah, high level of obesity is down to diet and exercise.

I rent and I live on a computer 24/7. Bad job for putting weight on.

He's for real.

Mind you, I once went to a BNP meet and must have lost a stone running away from there.

Are you sure it isn't just their wallets that are fatter?

Nah, it's the bulletproof vests they have to wear to stop the renters from murdering them that makes them look fat.

If they really are obese, we can look forward to them dying prematurely and freeing up some decent property.

Guest X-QUORK

I can imagine a similar invite being sent out many years ago:

"There is a National Socialist Party meeting tonight in Munich, you are all welcome to come along. Adolf Hitler will be doing a speech, and there will be sausages, sauerkraut and speeches etc.

Meet at the Swastika and Dagger Beerhall, Reich Strasse at 7.30pm

All are welcome, apart from Jews and non-Aryans, obviously."

Let's get this straight - if you have a mortgage you aren't 'hungry for work' any more so put on weight? I realise that the average BNP rally doesn't provoke much of an intellectual debate, but is this really the best you can do?

You might find that quite a number of decent, ethical, 'working-class' people are being drawn towards the BNP. The Tories don't, and never will, represent them and Nu-labour's middle class politicians have hijacked what was their party, effectively disenfranchising them. As for baseball bats, from what I see ,it's the far left that appear to be far more prepared to use violence against their opponents!

Come on...you may not agree with his politics but it takes guts to join a party the membership of which can cost you your job.

People have been arrested for handing out BNP leaflets (later get released as the leaflets are legal).

They are also subjected to violence form political oponents such as the mistitled "Anti Nazi League" and "UAF".

Not sure that home owners are fatter than renters though.

I went years ago to a BNP meet as I was going through a 'phase'. It was the best thing I ever did because I came out of there appreciating my sanity. Never again.

I knew a chap who was in the BNP (in fact quite close to Griffin) and who was also a very good long distance athlete through which he raised many, many thousands of pounds for charity. However, once the News of the World discovered his BNP connection they 'outed' him. His employer then had so much pressure put on him by the local loonie left that he was forced to fire him.

Yes, there seems to be no problem putting a socialist worker sticker in your window but it takes a brave man to put one up supporting the BNP !

Not so long ago, membership of UKIP would brand you as a racist nazi.... Any minority anti-mass immigration party is smeared by the establishment as racist, as it stands in the way of the Gordan Browns central economic policy. - Mass immigration.

I doubt anyone would seriously think UKIP is a racist party today. As any party has thousands of members, by the law of 6 degrees of seperation, you can probably find a link to Hitler, Stalin, or Mao TseTung amongst the membership.

However, it doesn't stop the thought police from branding any anti-mass immigration party as racist and sinister in some way....

Don't be fooled: The UK Independence Party is not harmless

Johann Hari, The Independent, 26 May 2004

"Let's look at some of the people you'll be voting for if you put a cross for UKIP. The party is running on a manifesto co-authored by a man called Aidan Rankin. He writes articles and letters for Third Way, a breakaway faction of the National Front, and believes that races should not mix. To this end, members of Third Way have made contact with black separatists and Orthodox Jews who believe the world should be divided into segregated racial groups.

At the last general election, UKIP's list of candidates included - in the words of Searchlight, the magazine which monitors and exposes the far right - "former racists, anti-Semites and Holocaust deniers". The magazine claimed that UKIP's parliamentary candidate for Dunfermline West just three years ago, Alastair Harper, had been a leading figure in the neo-fascist Northern League founded by eugenicist Roger Pearson. It also said that the party's candidate in Beaconsfield, Andrew Moffat, was championed by the Holocaust denier David Irving after he was discharged from the Coldstream Guards without explanation."

Free money endless booms like this need mass immigration to inflate assets prices by deflating real wages in the production of goods and services.

I see many people have become attached to David Cameron. That is a mistake. It is not personalities that matter - its policy. No party, not Nu-Labour and not Nu-Conservatives or LidDem offer any policy change on the issue of mass immigration. It is the central policy of the Tories now that Cameron has done a U-Turn.

The major source of economic growth in the economy today is from mass immigration, unlike controlled immigration, this drives down real wages, and thus lowers costs for firms, enabling them to cope with the confusing mass of blundering red tape, and massive hikes in input prices without raising output prices.

Unfortunate people who save money are thus told there is no inflation, when thier standard of living is dropping through higher housing prices, council taxes and energy bills.

Is it racist to vote BNP to place mass immigration on the agenda? No.

Such a policy of mass immigration has far greater displacement and life destroying effects on people in the lower ladder of society - poor people, black people and existing minority groups. During the Regan spending cuts and jobs boom in the 1980s, because there was very strict immigration controls under the 1984 immigration act, the black population entered the middle class at the fastest rate ever.

By 1987, more black people where middle class (60%), than poor (40%). This reversed rapidly under the 90s onslaught of mexican immigration. Mass immigration creates distress and displacement, and is inherently deeply racist.

There is no choice in the poltical landscape. This real issue of a massive underclass unable to afford homes, pensions and facing intense competition for work and ID cards is not even discussed in the media.

I think the only hope the have any control over your enviroment is to get extreme.

The spectre of a large vote for a minority party like the BNP, would certainly make a difference to the political landscape.

The path we are on now is towards a rentier society, where the assets are held by an elite with pensions, property etc.. and,as one persons asset is anothers liability, a mass of tenants with worthless savings (in real terms) disenfranchised in thier own country, firmly on the liability side, with no hope of affording a pension, in insecure employment, struggling with increasing rents and large taxes ruthlessly enforced by ID cards.

Ignore the thought police and houseprice crash scenarios and get extreme. It is the only way you will have any real impact over the clubby enviroment of poltics and the media.

Hey!! Brainclamp!! You FINALLY fessed up to being a BNP supporter on the forum. Took 12 months but we got there in the end. Do you feel liberated now that you have 'outed' yourself (as a facist)?

Anyhow, back to ridiculing your posts:

Where the hell are you coming from with that? Got any data to support this? Which companies have recently reported massive earnings as a result of decreased labour costs? The banks perhaps? Strange I have never been served by a polish imigrant whilst paying in check... The thing driving down wages is GLOBAL competition - i.e china/india/eastern europe. They can do that perfectly well withount coming here as a 'mass imigrant'

What utter rubbish - just like your house price crash.

Its clear that income to labour as a share of GDP is at all time lows, while profits are at all time highs!

Even Warren Buffet has been banging on about it. As millions and millions of workers come into this country what effect do you think that has on wages? How do you bargain for higher pay from your bossman (who is buzy buying more BTLs for his portfolio with sales and profits at a record level) when your wages have deflated in real terms, and you have to compete against Ivan who is less experianced, but who wants your position and is willing to work for less than your council tax bill? How much rental demand for your bossmans BTLs is there with mass immigration?

You cannot win with MASS immigration, as a worker that is.

"The thing driving down wages is GLOBAL competition - i.e china/india/eastern europe."

More nonsense. This does not push up houseprices, the opposite.

Look on the bright side, brainclamp:

you could be hit by a bus tomorrow. :P

How very unpleasant!

You shouldn't underestimate the groundswell of popular racism. Outside of the BBC and parliment many people associate immigration ,especially Asian, with problems, rather than benefits and see Muslims as intent on colonising the country.

Brainclamps postings, in my opinion, are often "pretty much spot on".

The usa is a perfect example of what is happening here.

Because of the mass mexican immigrant workers into states like cali and texas, there has become a huge gap, where those who had the assets in the first place used them to make money using the cheap labour, while those that used to do there jobs are practically living in shanty towns with no hope of progress.

Immigration causes a greater gap between rich and poor and makes the transition through hard work to better ones self very much harder. You can work 80 hours a week now but you aint gonna get a house, and some fatty in a house they bought 20 years ago will make more than you for doing nothing.

surely people can see this

any way off to burnley to discuss anti-immigration while its still legal to do so
