Fixed Rates Are On The Up

Recommended Posts

Just got a mail off a mortgage broker that Barclay's 10 year fixed rate is on its way up. It was 4.67% and I doubt you'll see that sort of deal again for a very long time.

Yorkshire Building Society's 2 year fix that is perenially at the top of the best-buy tables is now at 4.38%. I think it was 4.29% in the Sunday papers.
