DUBLIN (Reuters) - Irish house price growth picked up further in February and an already booming property market now looks set to heat up more than originally anticipated this year, according to a survey published on Tuesday.

:lol::lol::lol:

IR hikes on the way . . .

Can confirm the madness. Now have two close sets of friends in the process of completing sales, both FTB and with mortgages of 300K or so.

We'll be in a worse position than Japan by the time this is all over.
