Eas At It Again

Recommended Posts

In a free rag that comes every week a local EA has a full page add but not advertising one house for sale.Instead it says "Are you fed up hearing the same old excuses?"

"....it`s the wrong time of year....`

".....it`s because of the school holidays....`

"....things are moving slowly recently...."

"....people just aren`t looking...."

If so, you need an agent that knows the market!

Hahahahahaha........then they offer a £250 discount off your commission fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like some one is worried about the repayments on their smart little Mini Ones.

But seriously,it is very clear that the whole house thing is slowly, slowly falling apart. It`s not going to be a single big trigger but a whole bunch of smaller ones coming in to play.
