Been away for 3 weeks. OVer the weekend noticed a massive change on the roads off Nightingale lane. Lots of BTL places for sale in what looks like canny BTLers scrambling to get out.

I noticed what looks like a similar situation oop north in Acton at the weekend. Could it be that the message is getting through? It does seem to undermine the reports of increasing tenant demand and rising rent.

Funny that: looks like quite the opposite to me. Have a walk down Broxash and see how many For Sale signs have gone to Sold in the last couple of weeks.

This was entirely the point I was trying to make i.e. a LOT of places are gong on the market.

I couldn't care less how quickly EA pretend they are sold.

You misunderstand me. There's been no new houses up for sale on the road for a while. However, those that have been on the market are now sold. I've just got back from a trip to Northcote Road. There's very little stock on the market around this area and the NiTri at the moment.
