Do the figures add up for newbies?

Three of the houses that have changed hands locally are now lets.

I wouldn't have thought the rents made it veyr worth while

but one is up with


and the rents go up to silly prices.

one is on for Rent: £575 PCM - I will find out the number and watch for how much it went for - think they wanted 130k

Its near neighbour is on at Reduced £ 119,950 and another at £1,000 CASH BACK £ 123,950

125000 mortgage

over 25 years 4.5 %

Monthly repayment

£ 702.48

(Interest only) 468.75

But be careful, at 12% it will be: 1328.12

(Interest only) £ 1250


Would a newbie have bought this or is it a professional?
