Guest Winners and Losers

OK, not THAT exciting, but in my chosen area to monitor the property for sale has gone from 950 yesterday to 1050 today. It is the first time it has stepped over the 1000 mark. Spring bounce here we come! Or will it?

OK, not THAT exciting, but in my chosen area to monitor the property for sale has gone from 950 yesterday to 1050 today. It is the first time it has stepped over the 1000 mark. Spring bounce here we come! Or will it?

Just to set your expectations here, in my patch the number of houses on the market has doubled in 18 months, but prices ain't dropped ! Number of houses on market seems pretty stable for last 8 months - roughly same number selling as appearing on the market. Not circumstances that are conducive towards a crash.
