Recommended Posts

Have just finished building a highly desirable igloo.

My EA has suggested I put it on the market @ £295,000.

I suggest you accept offers of 20% less than that because if the "climate" changes all that equity could end up melting away.

If its a flat your after then amatuer BTLRs are still buying one a two bedroomed flats as they will continue to rise at the rates we have seen over the past few years.

Anything 130K upwards is worth a cheeky bid as properties are staying on the market for quite some time.

A house I had an eye on has been on the market for over 6 months. Started at offers over 125k then went to a fixed price of 149k iirc. It has been at the fixed price for a few months and is only now under offer.

When the snow falls in Aberdeen, it falls hard.

We now are up to 20cm.

Good time to sell or buy a house??

Maybe submit some cheeky offers when the owners are freezing!!

1.22 inches?

That's nothing.

This is obviously the beginning of the new ice age caused by global warming. Bad news for BTLs, I imagine.

Good time to sell as all the snow covers up the chavvy rubbish in the other gardens.

:)

Also you can tell a lot about where you live by the stuff that happens to the snow - nice kids make snowmen
