Now it is living in a cast off office building of the sort that people might once have squatted in for a months pay each week. Note that we're finally told exactly who is going to live in these expensive inner-city flats. ... cosmopolitan flat-dwellers who are prepared to pay up to £2,000 a week to live there, including Kenneth Branagh, David Hasselhoff and Des O'Connor. Celebrities! So this is why the powers that be have been so busy manufacturing "Chantelle". In order to stop the new build flat business from nose-diving, they have to start manufacturing new celebrities at a rate of thousands per week, and they've realised that they can't rely on finding a sufficient number of talented people. Billy Shears This is SO true. I had never understood the british obsession with celebrity before, but obviously its a housing market scam!
