Todays Rightmove "bargain" Fk Up Only £19,500

Recommended Posts

Nah. I'm with the conspiracy theorists on this. I am an avid follower of low value property (since the high value property is simply not considerable) If they constantly screwed up as per your example I would think people were being a bit harsh. They rarely ever screw up at the low end. Thats why I think that it is sniffy that so many properties appeared at the high end. At this point, if I start to see a lot of properties like this I will start to think that they are trying to cover their tracks and confuse the issue. I just don't trust rightmove.

Shame, you missed a bargain BTL. They've corrected it now to £197,500

Have we become the rightmove facility for identifying pricing mistakes?

I also notice that they have now moved some of their low end commercial properties into the renting section.

And they have dropped in a couple of very low priced houses in the last 24 hours (or maybe rental - but do I trust that its a simple screw up?)
