I've been watching (not that i'll buy as still too expensive) a 2 bed semi in nice location since xmas and it's gone down in price by £2,500 to £122,500.

Lots more homes to buy in my area seem to have gone on the market just in this week alone i've noticed and I usually check Rightmove every other day for rents/buying. Even some rentals have reduced their monthly asking price, especially one I always see with 3 different EA's (at different prices?). The interior is so olde worlde no wonder it's always on offer.

See the nice dodgy home to rent, can't believe people still expect you to rent this poo out unless you're in your 60's - I mean, there's enough TV progs on.....

Nice Interior
