Mentioned that london house prices are up to an average of £300,000. They will talk about it more in a bit, you may catch it if you look now.

This is rich as the BBC own stats show a fall of -4.4% YOY for london!

Whats going on?!

Talking about council tax bills. Doubled over the last 10 years.

Not been on yet then.

Edit: It was just on the London local news. A short report on a FTB having to resort to IO mortgage. The BBC also did say

that on an IO mortgage you will never own the property. People that take these on are banking on the property boom

to continue.
