Is Brown Off The Hook Again?

I just do not know what to believe anymore....if i was looking to buy and did not have access to this site......then todays news would "convince" me things are looking ok with the economy. And only a very tiny minority get to see the whole picture: i.e this site. Most, probably do not even watch the daily news.........

he blamed the oil prices and at last oil cos helped him out. but who paid for that ? of course people. dont think it as good as bbc make it to be

Brown levied oil companies in arrears and up front in a single year, great, but you can only do that once.

True, but it still looks like tax rises and spending cuts are off the agenda for this Spring's budget.
