What odds on the government cancelling this like sipps.

EA are sweating on this one. Is it true you have to have it renewed every 6 months.

8 houses in my local EA have been on the market over 18 months now. The vendors have no hurry or real desire to sell. This would surely stop that.

Will this also apply to property at auction ? if so could make the process much easier for the amateur?

Auctioned properties already generally produce a sellers pack that buyers can view in advance
