Persimmon Homes Drop Prices Of New Builds In Ingleby Barwick, Teesside

Recommended Posts

At their Fairview development, e.g. "the Guildford" £185k down to £176k, "the Harrington" down from 275k to 270k, "The Nelson" down from £200k to 198k (jeez.. that's only 1%, stingy buggers).

Talked to them and they will still knock another 5% off list if you have not house to part ex.

Still, wait long enough and they will give them away in cornflake packets!

That's Adam's Teesside Report over and out.

only 5%! if you are serious and not in a chain don't even consider offering more than 90% of the asking price. I have been offered 12% and 11% off two houses in the last fortnight (both in market harborough).

From Persimmon? I just walked through the door and they offered 5%. I didn't negotiate (since I wasn't interested!!)
