No Crash In New Zealand

Recommended Posts

I'd be surprised if NZ doesn't suffer from a slump. At the moment the country has an overvalued currency, due to ridiculous interest rates and has been relying on immigrants to boost house prices. The prices have shot up over the last six years. We shall wait and see. This commentator seems to forget that overseas demand for NZ homes will dry up with slumps overseas.
