Don't Ignore The Newbie's

Recommended Posts

Guest Winners and Losers

Please forgive me if I am speaking out of turn (again!), but there seems to be quite a few newbies posting to ask what prices are doing in their area's. They are obviously seeking some advice. Just thought it would be helpful to flag up as many might be FTB's and new to HPC.

I agree. It is also significant that many of those people report strong local markets. Us perma-bears need to deal with these pointers if we geniunly want to make a claim that the crash has started.

(I don't make the claim that it has started yet but others do).

I agree, what they say should be noted. Its easy for the oldies here to talk over the newbies or just ignore their comments. They should be encouraged to participate if anything. ;)

Chuz

I actually do live in Somerset - so should I?

Only jesting.

The lot at work were discussing the housing market today, 1 is looking to sell to trade up.

Another remarked how the local rag where they lives has a double property insert as there is so much housing available, but quickly added, no doubt for my benefit, "that they are all selling" - how long does the dillusion go on?

That said I get the impression that lots are starting to go SSTC - we'll see if they all complete the chains though.
