Sick To Death Of The Beeb

Recommended Posts

Last night on Spotlight yet another article about rising house prices in the SW. This time, its Cornwall, people have snapped up all the 1 bedroom apartments in Newquay for a cool £205k.

Prices just keep on going up and young people will NEVER afford

Sit there and weep viewers!

BBC sadist VI tossers!!!!!!

The longer I wait for the crash the more satisying it will be when it arrives

How did you see Spotlight if you are in Manchester? At least they are reporting something a little more interesting than usual. It's normally cats stuck in trees and the like.

Pete (from Cornwall)

Actually how the hell are people affording that anyway? I come from Cornwall and had to leave because there were no decent paid jobs down there for a chartered engineer with a first in electrical engineering. If you don't want to sell ice cream or work in a shop, there isn't a lot else to do.

I don't know why anyone expects them to tell any sort of 'truth'.

The media always cheered, even last time as it fell. You'll see 'blood runs in the streets, but EA/halifax/Brown says upturn will be next week' articles by the bucket load.

All this is very expected (at least to me)
