Tester
The market where I am is flat. I understand the market where you are is buoyant. Here is a challenge. Using a property website for your area please select 10 properties over a range of asking prices that have come on the market this week. Identify these properties and then let us track them until sold.

Sounds a fair test, all in the name of fun and research - I'll use Rightmove and select 10 properties within 5 miles that have come on this week. I'll probably do this tomorrow, as I can't be bothered tonight. Until tomorrow. Au revoir.

The method of selection is: n =number of properties in search results divided by 10. Then select every n'th property. Easy.

Londoner
Surely we are all aware that the most desireable properties - the ones that 'fly off the shelves' - don't even appear on websites. They go from estate agent to viewers via mailshot or email and are bought without the casual website browser even seeing it.
