Unexpected Sting In The Tale

Recommended Posts

This article about marriage has an interesting last line.

Guardian Article

This seems to be happening a lot at the moment, journalists slipping the house price problems into the last line of articles. Wonder why?

Another thing I've noticed is that when a suit from a company issues some sort of bad news (for example the B&Q sales drop) and blames the housing market/retail etc - they always ALWAYS ALWAYS say "but a strengthening in blahdee blahdee blah gives us encouragement etc etc etc.!!!

The thing is they HAVE TO. This is their, and their shareholders livelihoods they ares talking about.
