House Prices 'going Through The Roof Again'

"LONDON HOUSE PRICES PUT ON A NEW SPRINT

House prices in London are storming ahead again as once-cautious buyers flock back to the capital's property market."

Who supplied this info, then?

Yup, 2 estate agents.

Haart claimed that houses in the capital are selling in hours rather than days. Their spokesman said that people have realised 'that the market is not going to crash.'

Phew, thank God for that. And there was me thinking...

Also, Knight Frank are equally bullish claiming rises in high-end properties.

It's a great, well researched, balanced piece of journalism... <_<
