spline
A High-tech cheddar cheese packing factory with smart new laser cutting equipment - built with one-third public money from the Welsh Development Agency and only running at only one-fifth capacity. Weirdly, Dairygold have a rather quaint view of their customers and sell to a target market of “householders” or “consumers sophisticated in their cheese tastes” by offering blocks of cheddar in a range of different colours! Presumably the teatime popularity of Welsh Rarebit isn't what it used to be ...

Smell the Fear
Well, they shouldn't be out of work parmasantly... Th'edam management bleu the whole thing. No doubt the big cheese cut his losses and spread the whole business abroad. They've outsourced it to the Curds and are whey-ting for the market to pick up again. Wensleydale is signed, sealed and delivered the union will go crackers.
