UK planning reforms must not overlook building more affordable housing - FT

Under current regulations, new properties must be 37 square metres or more. This footprint ensures a good size home for a family, but such units are too big and too expensive for many single young people.



Edit. Is that the ground floor footprint or total? If ground floor, then it's still crap but not insane.
