Recommended Posts

Only had a passing look but the Daily Mail Property section had article today about New build flats

that are not selling.

Apparently thousands of them accross the country which are having to drop their prices, think this

has been mentioned on here before.

Anyway saw it so thought I'd mention it ......... :D

"There are 760 finished, unsold, two-bedroom flats in Southampton at the moment, and a lot more coming up on the inside track," says an analyst.

"What we are going to see is that developers will just not go ahead with their schemes. They have got to be viable from the builders' point of view." Bloggers on the internet in Southampton talk of developers "reducing asking prices across the city" and of being "glutted with luxury, two-bedroom apartments".

I wonder if the bloggers they're referring to may be on this site?

Slowly people are getting the message :):)

The "bloggers" are HPC.co.uk'ers methinks. The word is indeed spreading. It began with a few but became a multitude that changed a nation of greedy house price speculators into the greatest HPC the world ever saw.

HPC 2006.

There's only a handful sites such as this, so the odds are it could be HPC they are talking about.

Journalist: "So how does it feel to bring about the HPC?"

HPC: "We didn't. We informed those with an open mind and then sat back and watched the avalanche"

No doubt this site will be getting accused of fear mongering. we should be ready to hurtle the crap they have been peddling right back in their faces.
