Real Estate Agents

Recommended Posts

Did you know that in US forums, the UK Real Estate Industry is often used as a model of how things should work :D .

Before you die laughing, be aware that standard commission in the US is 6% :o . Where there are both buying and selling agents, this is split between them.

In Australia, the selling agent gets about 3%. If you use a buying agent (which is rare), they normally get a flat fee.
