It's a damned clever approach if its orchestrated.....but it's not. It's just a bunch of greedy children wanting their's and everybody else's cake and to gorge on it until the end of time. A 5 minute walk and Im on the beach enjoying a bbq and having a dip. Walk for 20, and Im in a bustling and vibrant city, enjoying a fantastic nightlife with a music scene rivalled by very few other cities in the uk. 5 minutes in the car and I’m in the South Downs surrounded by stunning countryside. Brighton has a major homeless problem and many parts are very run down. I would say dorset was better.
coypondboy
I can recommend Bournemouth if you want a nice beach and get the ferry over from sanbanks they even have a nudist beach if hat's your thing. The water is very clean and shallow so warms up nicely on a hot summer's day the only problem is getting there finding a aprking space and knowing where to go to avoid the crowds. It was chaos this summer as you will have seen from the tv but luckily I can cycle as live at the top of bournemouth gardens, have a meal or do some shopping/cinema without needing a car.
