That's a fantastically bearish article by western snail standards- it uses the word "crash" too -albeit with reference to 1991 - pennies are starting to drop now I think......

I cannot see how anyone on the average Welsh wage can buy a house in Wales now. I do not see how a couple, both working, can afford to buy a house. It is just an impossible situation and the rental prices are completely nuts also.

I suspect a great many speculators are clinging on by the skin of their teeth currently.
